Kasavanahalli site visit: Hidden costs beyond the brochure price
Did a site visit to a couple of projects in Kasavanahalli last weekend, and honestly, brochure mein jo dikhta hai, ground reality thodi alag hai. Builders quote kiya ₹1.2Cr for a 3BHK, which sounds okay, but then I started asking about water supply. Yaar, sab bolte hain borewell hai, but kitna reliable hai? Ek resident se baat ki, they mentioned tanker dependency is real, especially summers mein. That's a huge hidden cost, right? Plus, the traffic around Sarjapur Road during peak hours... it's a nightmare, commute time toh double ho jayega. I felt like the quoted prices don't really reflect these daily struggles. Is it just me, yaar? Anyone here managed to negotiate the final price down after highlighting these utility challenges? Or am I just being naive? Hope this helps someone dig deeper than just the carpet area.
