Kashish Manor One Villas: Daily life vs. brochure hype?

Been paying rent for 10 years now and I'm finally fed up with landlords; it's time to own. Kashish Manor One Villas Mohali mein dekh raha hoon, but honestly, I'm not convinced about the hype. Everyone glorifies the 'luxury' tag, but is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas on paper acha lagta hai? My biggest question is the amenity reality check. Are those fancy gyms and swimming pools actually well-maintained and used, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? And neighborhood quality, yaar. Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Commute ka kya scene hai from there? For a ₹7 crore investment, I need to know if the daily convenience is there.
