Kasturi The Balmoral Estate – everyone glorifies this project, but I'm honestly not sold on the investor value. My budget is around ₹6.5 Cr, currently in a 2BHK in Wakad, thinking of upgrading. Is the resale market for such ultra-premium projects actually liquid? Log bolte hain luxury hai, but will buyers really pay this premium again in 5 years? Investor ratio high lagta hai, makes me worried about exit strategy. What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? Change my mind.

Investor perspective se, iska capital appreciation forecast kya hai? Matlab, future mein kitna upar ja sakta hai? Also, real rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain from such a premium property in Pune? And is the resale market liquid enough for properties in this bracket? Thinking about long-term wealth creation, but exit strategy bhi important hai. Any experiences with such expensive properties?
