Is the resale market for such ultra-premium projects actually liquid? Log bolte hain luxury hai, but will buyers really pay this premium again in 5 years? Investor ratio high lagta hai, makes me worried about exit strategy. What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? Change my mind.
