Okay I'll be honest — buying for myself is way harder than selling for others. I'm eyeing Kaveri City Centre in Noida, the completed project in the ₹55-85L range. I know all the builder tricks, but for my own money, I need insider info. How liquid is the resale market there, honestly? What's the actual capital appreciation been like since it launched a few years back? I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio too. Don't want a ghost society when I look to exit in 5-7 years. Any real experiences?

Yaar, Kaveri City Centre ka main bhi dekh raha hoon. Price range toh theek hai (₹55-85L), but investor-to-end-user ratio ka darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein wahan bahut investors hain? Don't want a ghost town after 5-7 years when I might want to sell.

Totally agree. Mere dost ne bhi ek project mein liya tha, investors hi investors the. Rehna mushkil ho gaya, society mein koi community feel hi nahi thi.
