Kavi Nagar 2BHKs are overpriced for what you get.
Fed up of renting, ₹85L for a Kavi Nagar 2BHK feels steep. Should I pay this for a decent project? EMI vs rent ka math confuse kar raha hai, koi tips do.

Dekho, EMI vs Rent ka math simple hai, but long-term vision chahiye. ₹85L pe agar 80% loan loge, toh ₹68L ka loan. Current interest rate pe 20 saal ke liye EMI around ₹57,000-₹60,000 banegi. Agar tumhara rent ₹25,000-₹30,000 hai, toh difference bahut zyada hai. But property appreciate bhi karti hai. Meri advice hai ki 2-3 saal ka interest buffer rakho savings mein, tabhi risk lo. Warna rent hi better hai for now.
₹57k EMI?! That's a huge jump
Meri mano toh mat faso, especially agar builder ka track record acha nahi hai. Main 3 saal pehle ek project mein fasa tha, naam nahi lunga, but Ahinsa Khand II ke paas hi tha. Possession date pe date dete rahe, aur abhi tak flat ki finish quality bhi bekar hai. ₹85L is a huge amount to invest in something that gives you stress later. Check RERA details thoroughly, aur builder ke previous projects ke reviews padho, bina soche mat lena.
U4, I can't name them directly, but it was one of the smaller, local builders who promised a lot. Just be wary of projects that seem too good to be true, ya phir jo bahut zyada aggressive marketing karte hain. Always visit their completed projects to see the actual quality.
Oh no, that sounds terrible! Which builder was this, if you can hint? Asking for a friend.
Bhai, Kavi Nagar main prices toh hamesha se high rahe hain, especially for decent projects. But ₹85L for a 2BHK is definitely on the upper end now. Current market conditions ko dekho toh, it might be slightly inflated. Have you considered looking a bit further out, maybe towards Indirapuram?
Totally agree yaar! ₹85L for a 2BHK in Kavi Nagar feels like a bad joke. Builders are quoting insane prices. I saw a project near Ahinsa Khand 1, same configuration, but they were asking ₹90L! Kya karein, rent dete dete thak gaye hain, but itna EMI bhi kaise manage hoga? Koi general advice hai first-timers ke liye?
