₹75 lakh for a 3BHK from River Builders in Kavi Nagar – is this a realistic base price for investors now? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections easily. I'm evaluating payment plans; is construction-linked smarter than a higher down payment for leveraging the deal? Also, what's the actual all-in cost beyond the base price? Need to account for stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking. What other significant charges should I be factoring in for total acquisition cost in Ghaziabad? Appreciate any insights.

₹75 lakh for 3BHK in Kavi Nagar? Thoda high nahi lag raha? Especially from River Builders, unka reputation kuch khaas nahi suna maine. My friend booked in Ahinsa Khand and got a better deal for a similar size. Construction-linked plan is usually safer if you're not in India, but the base price itself needs checking.
Totally agree! River Builders ka track record has been shaky. My cousin faced huge delays with them in another project near Abhay Khand. Be very careful, especially
