Kavi Nagar ka current pricing thoda inflated lag raha hai, honestly. I work in real estate, but for my own buy, I'm thinking if it's peaked. Kya yahaan abhi bhi undervalued projects hain? Yaar, mujhe bhi yahi lag raha hai. I've been tracking Kavi Nagar for a year, prices have gone crazy, especially near the main roads. For a first-time buyer like me, it feels like we've missed the boat. Is it really worth it anymore, or are we just buying at the peak?
Worth it depends on your horizon. For short-term flip, maybe not, the easy money is gone. But for 5-7 years, I still think there's growth, just avoid the newly launched projects. They're always overpriced and often delayed.
Totally agree. My budget is so tight, aur yahan toh ab haath hi nahi daal pa rahe. Sab dream lag raha hai.
