I'll be honest — Kavi Nagar mein property prices dekh ke thoda confused hoon. 2BHK ke liye ₹60-70L bol rahe hain. Is this really justified for the area? Yaar, site visit pe toh sab sahi lagta hai, par hidden costs ka darr rehta hai. Koi bata sakta hai actual on-ground reality kya hai? Koi negotiation scope hai ya final price hota hai? What are the other costs jo builders batate nahi?

Same bhai, I'm also looking in Kavi Nagar. ₹70L for 2BHK feels like a stretch. Mujhe toh Ahinsa Khand mein bhi similar rates mil rahe hain jo zyada developed hai. Kavi Nagar ke liye thoda zyada lag raha hai.
