Honestly, I'm still figuring out Kavi Nagar after moving here two months back. Society life is okay, par everyday commute to Delhi via Delhi-Meerut Expressway is a real struggle during peak hours. Plus, water supply bhi sometimes fluctuates badly; not sure if it's just my block's issue or common here. Is this just Kavi Nagar ka reality? Should I have considered Vasundhara instead, for better connectivity perhaps? What's your experience, especially with traffic and water?

Honestly, I think you're overthinking it a bit. Kavi Nagar has its perks. Property appreciation has been decent, and once you get used to the routes, it's not *that* bad. Plus, Vasundhara
Yaar, same pinch! Kavi Nagar ka commute is a nightmare. Especially if you have to cross Anand Vihar side. DME se bhi itna time lagta hai, soch ke bhi thak jaata hu. Totally get your frustration with the traffic.
