What's the real ground reality for investment in Keesara, Hyderabad? I'm based in Dubai and looking at a 3BHK for maybe 90L-1.2Cr there, mainly for investment. Can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on community insights. What's the appreciation forecast for Keesara over 3-5 years? Aur rental demand kaisa hai wahan? I'm worried about finding a good property manager too. Also, about builders, are there any reliable ones operating there that aren't from the usual big names? Ya should I stick to areas like Gachibowli only? If I need to sell after a few years, is the resale market active, ya phir phans jaunga? Any advice on legal clarity for an NRI buyer and managing the property remotely?
