Keesara move: Downsizing for quiet life

Since my kids moved out last year, we've been thinking of selling our big house in Kukatpally. Honestly, don't need such a huge place anymore, it's just too much to maintain. We're looking for a compact 2BHK flat, something manageable, maybe around ₹90-95 lakhs, with good society amenities and an elevator, of course. Keesara looked interesting on paper, thoda peaceful area lagta hai. My main concern is hospital proximity. Kya Keesara mein acche multi-specialty hospitals hain, ya emergency ke liye bahut door jaana padega? Aur property prices ka kya scene hai? Are builders like My Home or Aparna justifying their rates there, ya negotiation scope hai? Also, day-to-day life wahan kaisi hai, peaceful hai ya bahut traffic hota hai? We want something calm now. Any resident experiences would be really helpful. Is it a good move for someone our age looking for a quiet, well-connected place without breaking the bank? Not sure if Keesara will be too far for everything eventually.
