Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lost looking at Secunderabad, especially near Keesara Road for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹80L to 1.5Cr. Pehle ke experiences se I know numbers matter, but kaunse projects yahan pe best deal de rahe hain for a family? Matlab, good builder, thoda ROI potential bhi ho. Koi particular project ya builder ka experience hai kisi ko? Should I consider ready-to-move ya under-construction mein achha deal mil sakta hai? Confused hu yaar, is price range mein kya sahi hai?
