Keesara site visits: Metro, water, and safety concerns
Did a couple of site visits to Keesara last weekend, checking out a few 3BHKs. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for yourself is a whole different ballgame. You start seeing things differently, you know? The proposed Metro Phase 2 extension is a big draw, but how realistic is that timeline for Keesara? Is it years away still? Commuting daily from there to say, Financial District, seems like a stretch right now. And I noticed some areas look a bit low-lying. How bad is the waterlogging during monsoon? Drainage around the RRR could be an issue. What's the general vibe after dark? For families, safety is a big one. Is it peaceful or do we need to worry? Any off-the-record opinions on the Metro's actual impact timeframe or the water situation would be great. Am I overthinking this?
