Keltech Rize: Construction quality pe koi baat nahi karta?
Keltech Rize — everyone talks about its location, but yaar, construction quality ka kya scene hai? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. My biggest worry is after 2-3 years, will it be a maintenance nightmare? Builder promises top-notch, but reviews mein fittings issues, seepage ki complaints bahut dekhi hain. Does this affect resale value a lot? Tenants bhi toh good quality dekhte hain. Honestly, I think most builders just cut corners after sales. Aur fir maintenance charges toh high rehte hain, but service quality zero. Is it just me or do others also feel this way? Change my mind.

Dekho bhai, har builder mein thode bahut issues toh hote hi hain. The question is, kitne serious hain aur builder unko rectify karne ko ready hai kya. Keltech Rize mein Total 558 units hain, so maybe some complaints are amplified. Have you checked with existing residents directly, like in their resident welfare association (RWA) group?
I've heard about Keltech Rize's issues. My broker actually showed me a unit there, and while the layout was decent, a few walls had minor plaster cracks. He tried to brush it off as 'settling issues' but it made me nervous. For a completed project, that's not a good sign.
I was also considering Keltech Rize, the price range ₹21 L – ₹46 L is quite attractive for a completed project with 558 units. But the construction quality is a genuine concern. Resale value definitely takes a hit if the building starts looking run-down in 5 years. Who wants to buy a property jo har saal repair maange?
It's not just resale, maintenance charges high hone ke baad bhi service zero mile toh kya fayda? Builder ko toh bas inventory clear karni hoti hai. After sales support is key.
Totally agree. And current market conditions in Ghaziabad are already a bit tricky. Buyers are very cautious. If the quality is questionable, it's a double whammy for future resale or even renting out.

Walk-through toh kiya hai, but superficial lagta hai sab. Builder ke sales team wale toh sab achcha hi dikhate hain. Real issues toh tab pata chalte hain jab log rehna shuru karte hain. This is a big investment, can't take risks.
