Noida mein investment karna hai, confused hu. Jaypee Knights Court and Kendriya Karamchari Awasiye Yojna, dono ready to move hai. Knights Court ka price bohot zyada hai. Amenities wise, Knights Court better hoga kya? Kendriya budget mein hai. Has anyone experienced living in either? Which one would give better rental income and long-term ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai maintenance charges kiske zyada hai? Mujhe advice chahiye!
Guys, I'm confused between Omaxe Twin Towers and Kendriya Karamchari Awasiye Yojna in Noida. Omaxe is obviously more expensive, but is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ko Omaxe mein amenities ka experience hai? Kendriya Karamchari is more budget-friendly, but what about construction quality? Which one has better connectivity and future growth potential?
