Kendriya Vihar RWA: Hidden gem or just high costs?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, upgrading from my 2BHK. Kendriya Vihar looks promising. But RWA effectiveness is a big question. Is it a hidden gem for daily life, or just high maintenance costs? Does a strong RWA really help with smooth resale? Not sure if it's worth the premium.

Bhai, Kendriya Vihar ka naam toh bahut suna hai, but the RWA premium seems really high. Is the extra cost really justified for daily life and smooth resale, or is it just hype? As a first-time buyer, I'm already stretching my budget.

Totally agree with your point. I almost booked in a society near Alpha I last year, and their RWA charges were insane, like ₹5000 for a 2BHK! They promised the moon – better security, community events
