Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Kengeri. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Kengeri mein traffic ka kya haal hai, especially peak hours mein? Google Maps kuch aur bolta hai, ground reality kya hai? Aur daily grocery, restaurants ka scene kaisa hai? Delivery apps work karte hain properly?

What's your budget like? Kengeri has some good projects but also some very overpriced ones. Is it worth the commute given the current prices?
