Been looking for 8 months now for Kengeri Hobli. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits aren't happening. My discovery: always insist on direct video calls with registrar offices for title checks, not just builder reps. How do you remotely verify builder reputation and actual property condition? What's the real appreciation look like there?

Totally agree with you, remote buying in Kengeri Hobli is fraught with risks. I almost got burned last year trying to invest in a plot near Akshayanagar without a local contact. The builder kept showing me pre-recorded videos of a completely different, developed site, claiming it was mine! Your point about insisting on direct video calls with registrar offices for title checks is absolutely spot on and a lesson I learned the hard way. For Kengeri specifically, I've heard the appreciation has slowed down significantly in the last year due to high inventory and general market conditions in Bengaluru. Did you manage to get any concrete info on builder reputations there remotely?
