₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Kengeri – is this the new normal for a good family area? My family, we have two kids, so we're upgrading from a 2BHK. Kengeri looks promising with the metro, but I'm worried about schools. Are there good English-medium schools nearby that aren't super far? And medical facilities, how are they?
