Kengeri safety is definitely underrated for families. I'm looking at a 3BHK there, around ₹1.3 Cr, and honestly, the evenings feel pretty secure compared to other fringe areas. I work in real estate, so I know the usual builder spin, but talking to residents, they seem to feel okay. My main concern is still finding good schools for my kids nearby. Are the ones around like National Public School or RV Public really good? And what about emergency medical facilities? Any hidden gems or places to avoid?

Totally agree with this! Kengeri has really changed. I was also scouting for a 3BHK and ₹1.3 Cr for a decent project there feels reasonable compared to places closer to the city. My main worry was connectivity, but with the metro, it's gotten so much better. For schools, NPS Kengeri is good but super competitive to get into, heard RV Public is also decent. What about water supply issues, anyone faced any problems there recently?
Water supply? Bhai, Kengeri mein tanker mafia
