Kesar Garden: Amenities are mostly for show
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. We're finally upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids, and Kesar Garden Apartment dekh rahe hain. Site visit pe sab chamakta hua lagta hai, but I'm really worried about actual construction quality. Kya 1-2 saal baad cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? My current flat mein fittings ka bahut problem raha hai, don't want that again. Also, clubhouse aur kids' play area kitna usable rehta hai? Ya bas showpiece hain? Kids ke liye safety aur genuine facilities matter karti hain. Maintenance charges high hote hain, but service bhi waisi milti hai kya? Ya sirf papers pe achha lagta hai? Should I trust the builder's promises on amenities, ya ground reality kuch aur hoti hai? Community ka experience kya kehta hai?
