Kesar Garden Apartment — been eyeing a 3BHK here. I know the RE market, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders ki marketing to achi hoti hai, but actual water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni rehti hai wahan? Aur construction quality, ek saal baad cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Kisi ko real experience hai to batao. Not sure agar investment sahi hai.

Overall, it seems Kesar Garden has its ups and downs, like most properties in Noida right now. The fact that it's completed and possession was 2020 is a big plus, avoids the RERA nightmares. But water supply and construction quality are things you absolutely need to double-check yourself, maybe talk to a few residents directly. Don't just rely on online reviews or sales pitches. For U8's question, yes, mostly 24/7 now, very rare cuts.
U1, main khud Kesar Garden mein rehta hoon since mid-2021. Haan, initial 6-8 months thodi problem thi, summer mein 1-2 ghante ka cut lagta tha kabhi-kabhi. But ab situation kafi improved hai, society ne additional booster pumps install karwaye hain. Tanker dependency zero hai from last one year. Construction quality wise, minor cracks toh har building mein aate hain, but major seepage issues nahi hain meri knowledge mein. So, U2, there has been improvement.
U6, thanks for this real-time update! This is what we needed to hear. Main bhi soch raha tha ki completed project hai, possession 2020 ka hai, toh RERA delays ka tension nahi hai. But water ka dar tha. Toh ab mostly 24/7 supply hai na?
U6, that's a relief to hear! So the society is proactive. And U4, for your question, the society management takes care of it now, builder ka direct support nahi hai ab. Tankers ab nahi lagte hain.
U1, your apprehension is valid. I looked at Kesar Garden too, the price range of ₹60 L – ₹1.6 Cr for a 3BHK is tempting, but a friend who lives in Alpha I Greater Noida faced similar water issues for months. The builder promised 24/7 supply but it was mostly 12-14 hours. Always check during peak usage times, like morning and evening, not just during site visits.
Bhai, Kesar Garden ka sunke hi darr lagta hai. Water supply ka issue toh pura Greater Noida West mein hai, but yahan specially suna hai summer mein halat kharab ho jaati hai. Builder ne 2020 mein possession diya tha, tab se koi improvement nahi hai kya?
Haan, exactly! Builder ne possession de diya 2020 mein, but after-sales service kaun dekhta hai? Kya society khud manage karti hai water supply, ya builder ka support hai abhi bhi? Tanker kitne lagte hain daily?
U2, you're right to be worried. My cousin bought in Alistonia Estate nearby and they had terrible water pressure for almost a year after moving in. Kesar Garden mein bhi initial reviews were not great regarding water. Jab 154 units honge, toh load toh aayega hi.
