Fittings ki quality bhi itni bekar hai, lagta hai jaldi replace karna padega. Builder ne toh bahut high-quality ki baat ki thi. Ye sab dekh ke lagta hai, resale value pe kitna impact aayega? Aur tenants bhi aise issues se pareshan honge. Maintenance costs bhi badh jayenge. Amenities ka kya fayda jab basic construction hi weak ho? What's your experience with such issues, especially for investor units? Kya builder post-possession support deta hai?

Bhai, Kesar Garden ka sunke toh lagta hai inka pura track record hi aisa hai. My friend bought in their Alpha-II Greater Noida project, same issues. Possession toh 2020 mein mil gaya tha, but quality control was always a concern. Builder promises are just promises.
