My kids' school admissions are next year, need a 3BHK soon. Looking at Keya Homes near Residency Road. Heard about hidden charges like OC, PLC, maintenance deposit. What all should I insist on in the *initial* cost sheet? Kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai for these? Don't want surprises later.
