My landlord just increased rent by 15% again, fed up yaar. Looking at Keya Homes near HSR, a 2BHK is around ₹1.2 Cr. Builders bolte hain no negotiation, but is that true? Kitna discount mil sakta hai actually on the listed price for an investor? Also, construction-linked payment plan better hai ya one-shot down payment?
