Keya Homes HSR: Super area ka sach?

After 6 months, Keya Homes HSR mein super area vs carpet area ka game samajh nahi aa raha. Builders numbers mein khelte hain. How to negotiate for actual carpet area, not just inflated super area?

Totally relate, yaar! Keya Homes is notorious for this super area game. My friend also faced similar issues with their project in Aavalahalli – the difference between what they promised and what was delivered was shocking. Builders numbers mein khelte hain, that's for sure. What's the actual carpet area percentage they are quoting for HSR, can anyone confirm?

Haan bhai, same experience! I checked their Akshayanagar project too, felt so cramped inside despite the big super area number. Totally misleading.
