Is anyone else facing major delays with Keya Life By The Lake on Sarjapur Road? We booked a 3BHK for our growing family almost three years ago, with an original possession date 18 months back. Now they're pushing it again, saying another six months. My wife's super stressed about our kids' school admissions; we picked this area specifically for that. Honestly, the builder-buyer agreement feels so one-sided. All the clauses protect them for delays, but what about us? I'm not sure if RERA complaints actually work, or if it's just a long process with no real outcome. Did anyone get compensation for such significant delays in Bengaluru? What specific documents or clauses should I re-check in the agreement? Any advice on how to push them or what legal steps actually yield results?
