3.93 Cr for a 3BHK in Keya Life By The Lake seems steep, yaar. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade. Iska actual rental yield kitna nikalta hai? Builder ne toh bade promises kiye the for appreciation, but secondary market mein kya hal hai? Investor ratio high hone se resale mein problem toh nahi aayegi?

Yaar, 3.93 Cr for a 3BHK in Keya Life By The Lake is just too much, I totally agree. Builder ne toh appreciation ka sapna dikhaya tha, but with so many investors, I'm genuinely worried about the resale value. Who will buy it from us later at a good price?
