I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. This project looks fancy, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Builder ke promises aur actual handover mein kitna farak tha? Did people face unexpected charges during possession? Was the OC/CC process clean ya delays hue? Aur ek baar shift hone ke baad, community ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya just for show? I need honest opinions, not marketing brochures. Change my mind if I'm wrong, but I feel like these 'premium' projects hide a lot of post-possession headaches.
