Keya Life: My post-move-in reality check

Just moved into Keya Life By The Lake a few months back, and honestly, the initial excitement is fading fast. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, woh ground reality se bilkul alag hain. The 'fully equipped gym' has old, broken machines. Clubhouse toh bas naam ka hai, hardly any activities. Aur sabse bada jhatka laga maintenance charges ka. Builder ne bola tha around 6k-7k per month, but ab har mahine 11k+ bill aa raha hai. Yeh kya ho raha hai? Things nobody told me during booking. Pool bhi rarely clean rehta hai. Matlab, is this common for new societies in Bangalore? Feeling quite frustrated. Has anyone else faced such a huge difference between promised and actual maintenance at Keya Life?
