Keya Life: Power backup aur water supply ka sach?
Did a site visit to Keya Life By The Lake last Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Finally thinking of buying and building some equity, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. But after seeing so many projects, I'm worried about the practical stuff. Like, power backup ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh full backup likhte hain, but kya woh sirf common areas ke liye hota hai ya poore flat ke liye bhi? Aur water supply ka bhi tension hai. Bangalore mein paani ki problem toh pata hi hai. Builder bol raha hai reliable hai, but kitna reliable? Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi na after moving in? Especially with kids, you need that peace of mind. Any actual residents from Keya Life here? Your experience matters a lot.
