Yaar, RERA compliance is my biggest worry too. Keya Spring sounds promising but I've heard so many stories about builders. Is this one reliable? Aur price range toh ₹1.6 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, mere budget se thoda upar hi hai. Pehli baar ghar le raha hoon, darr lag raha hai.
