Honestly not sure about property prices in Khairpur Gurjar. Seems high considering it's still developing. But my wife's priority is the kids' school admission. Need at least a 3BHK, safe for the children. Heard DPS is good, but it's a trek. Is the local school quality actually decent? Anyone with kids in schools near Dadri Road? The commute to better schools is a killer. Traffic nightmare during peak hours, right? Appreciate any insights. Am I the only one stressing about this school-location balance? Should I just bite the bullet and pay the premium?

Sector 143 is also worth checking out. Some decent projects coming up there, and the connectivity is improving. Metro extension is planned, right?
Haan, Sector 143 is good, but prices are climbing fast. Investment potential toh hai definitely.
You're not alone, bhai. School is a HUGE factor. Khairpur Gurjar is developing, true, but DPS is a big draw. Traffic on Dadri Road is insane, especially near Sector 121. Have you considered societies near Sector 78? Better connectivity and decent schools.
I feel you! School proximity is key. But don't blindly pay a premium. Check the actual quality of teaching at DPS. Some parents I know are not that impressed. Do your research!
Exactly! DPS ka naam toh hai, but results vary. Check the board exam performance for the last 3 years. That's a better indicator.
True that. Brand name is not everything. Look at student-teacher ratio, extracurricular activities, and overall learning environment. Talk to current parents if you can.
Khairpur Gurjar mein, honestly, school quality is hit or miss. You might have to compromise on commute for a good school. Have you looked at Amity School in Sector 44? It's a bit further but worth it.
