Kharadi property prices can't sustain this growth
Did a site visit to a couple of projects in Kharadi last weekend, honestly fed up of renting and my landlord just hiked rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge. But man, the prices for a 2BHK are touching ₹80-90L easily, even for under-construction. Is this really justified? I know it's an IT hub and all, but the traffic there is already a nightmare during peak hours. I'm thinking about the EMI vs rent math, and it's tight. What's the real ground reality living there day-to-day, especially with the commute? Is the water supply decent or is it tanker dependent? Are these prices sustainable for long-term appreciation, say 5 years? Or is it already peaking?

Yaar, same pinch! I also visited Kharadi projects last month and was shocked by the prices. 80-90L for a 2BHK is insane, especially for under-construction where you're paying for something that doesn't even exist yet. My friend bought a 2BHK in Akurdi for 65L just last year, and that project is already 80% complete. Kharadi traffic is a huge concern, plus the water situation needs to be checked thoroughly. I'm worried it's already a bubble waiting to burst, or at least growth will be stagnant for a while.
