Kharar 3BHK prices: Is this premium real or just hype?
Is the current price jump for 3BHKs in Kharar actually justifiable, or are developers just cashing in? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa in Kharar. My budget is around ₹80L to 1.5Cr. Already have a home loan, so EMI calculations are tight. But honestly, looking at properties there, I feel like prices have just gone crazy. It's like a 50% premium for slightly more space, and amenities seem average. Are others seeing this too? It feels like the market has just inflated without much real value addition. What are people's experiences with recent purchases in Kharar in this range? Is it really worth stretching the budget this much, or should I wait? Any specific areas or projects that still offer some value for money, yaar? Not sure if I'm missing something.
