Khatib Aleef Breeze Apartment dekh raha hoon, price range ₹1.11 Cr – ₹1.63 Cr. Honestly, thoda premium lag raha hai, but location achi hai. I'm wondering about its capital appreciation potential. Pre-launch se kitna price increase hua hai, and is there still enough upside for a good ROI? Aur rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain realistically? Like, ₹25-30k per month possible hai kya? It's still under-construction, toh delivery risk ka bhi tension hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Is this project worth the price jump for long-term investment, considering a possible exit in 5-7 years? What's the community's honest opinion?

Bhai, ₹1.1 Cr se start hokar ₹1.6 Cr tak ja raha hai, for a 3BHK? Dwarka mein toh itna premium nahi lagta. Capital appreciation ke liye itna upar jaana risky hai. Mera bhi budget similar hai, aur main bhi Alaknanda mein dekh raha tha, wahan bhi rates high hain but established area hai. This project seems a bit out there for a first-timer like us.
