The amenities advertised for Khinvasara Aranyeshwar Park Phase II are honestly misleading. The brochure showed a grand clubhouse and sports facilities, but what's actually delivered looks so different. How do these 'ghost facilities' affect resale value or attracting good tenants down the line? I'm worried about paying high maintenance for things nobody uses. Is this common with other Pune projects too? What did you do?
