₹1.3 crore for a 2BHK in U Block – builder is quoting this. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable, maybe from New Door Homes. I'm trying to understand these 'spot discounts' builders offer sometimes. Is it a real saving, ya bas dikhawa hai? When they say "limited time offer," does it mean I should push hard for more right then, or wait? Don't want to miss a good deal, but also don't want to get played. What's been your experience with spot discounts in Sohna? Should I expect a real 5-10% off, ya usse bhi kam?
