₹1.6 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150 — is this actually the starting point for a decent family home now? Humara family badh raha hai, so we need to upgrade from our 2BHK. My wife ki priority hai kids ke liye achha school aur safe neighborhood. We've been looking at options, especially near Yamuna Expressway for future connectivity, but it's confusing. Under-construction projects like Atharv Infrastructure Noida ki schemes bahut attractive lagti hain initially, but RERA ke baad bhi delays ka darr hai. Agar possession late hua toh kids ke school admission ka kya hoga? Ready-to-move mein price bahut high hai, but peace of mind milta hai. Is the premium for RTM worth it for a family, ya under-construction mein risk lena sahi hai for better appreciation? Koi experience share kar sakta hai about timely delivery from builders like Godrej Properties ya ATS? Really need some honest opinions, bahut tension hai.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! 1.6 Cr for Sector 150 seems like a dream now. We're in the same boat, 2BHK se upgrade karna hai and kids ke school ka tension alag. RTM ka peace of mind toh hai but budget mein nahi aata. Under-construction mein risk lena padega kya?
