Resale ka flat bech ke, I'm looking at something smaller, manageable. Sunshine Infrawell Pvt Ltd projects are near the hospital, which is important. But resale value kya milega, honestly not sure. Plus, 2BHK vs 3BHK bhi confuse kar raha hai. Don't need the extra space, but resale value might be better? Sector 75 sahi hai? Elevator hona chahiye, that's a must. Maintenance costs kitna hoga?
