Kids moved out, downsizing in Gurugram.
Spent the whole weekend checking out options around Dwarka Expressway. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking to downsize from our old house to something manageable, maybe a 2 or 3 BHK, low maintenance, good society, and close to a decent hospital. I'm looking at Orris Carnation Residency and Whiteland Westin Residence. My main concern is hidden charges at possession, like unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits. Heard stories about builders springing these last minute. Also, how's the customer support after booking? Do they actually respond if you have questions or issues? And their delivery track record... are they generally on time? Between Orris and Whiteland, which one would you pick considering these points? Any past experiences with either builder regarding these issues?

Bhai, Orris ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Hidden charges toh inka trademark ban gaya hai. Mere ek dost ne Orris Floreal mein book kiya tha Noida mein, possession ke time itne extra charges maange ki he almost pulled out. PLC aur extra development charges ke naam par bahut loot-paat karte hain. Customer support toh bhool hi jao, booking ke baad phone uthana bhi mushkil ho jaata hai. Dwarka Expressway par toh competition bahut hai, aise mein in builders se bach ke rehna chahiye.
