Is Vipul Orchid Square genuinely good for daily living, especially for older folks? My kids have moved out, and we're selling our big house, so we need something manageable, not too much upkeep. We saw a 3BHK there, around ₹4 Cr. Honestly not sure if it's just good on paper. What are the *actual* monthly maintenance charges? Is the society vibe friendly for a quiet life? And how's the proximity to good hospitals? We don't need fancy amenities, just peace and convenience.
