₹2.8 crore from our Vasant Kunj house sale. Kids moved out, so we need a smaller, manageable 3BHK in Delhi. Mayur Vihar Phase 2 is our focus for a compact flat with a lift, near a hospital. Metro Phase IV expansion will boost connectivity. Will areas near new metro lines or UER-II see a big price jump soon? Kya Mayur Vihar 2 mein abhi bhi value hai, ya infra projects ke impact se prices already high ho gaye hain? Is it still a good investment window? Buy now or wait?
