Kids moved out, now downsizing to Noida

My kids are finally settled abroad, and I'm selling off the big house. Looking for a compact 2BHK in the New Launch Projects corridor, budget 80L-1.5Cr hai. Good society, lift, low maintenance, aur hospital paas mein ho, that's the priority. I recently found ki builder ka maintenance contract detail mein padhna kitna crucial hai. Bahut hidden charges hote hain yaar. Does anyone else check this first? Hope this helps someone avoid surprises.
