Okay, I'll be honest — kids have moved out, aur yeh bada ghar ab bohot zyada lagta hai. Resale ki soch raha hoon, aur Greater Noida mein compact flat dekh raha. Paras Tierea bhi dekha tha. Online jo amenities dikhti hain, real mein kya wahi milti hain? Clubhouse, gym, green area... are they actually usable ya bas dikhawa? Aur maintenance charges kitne hain, aur uske badle service kaisi milti hai? Seniors ke liye elevator quality aur full power backup bhi important hai. Aapka experience kya raha?

Bhai, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Paras Tierea mein amenities kaafi dikhate hain but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Mere ek colleague ne wahan visit kiya tha, bola green areas toh theek hain par clubhouse aur gym ki condition utni achhi nahi mili jitni photos mein dikhti hai. Seniors ke liye elevators bhi thode slow the, usne bataya.
Totally agree! Suna hai wahan maintenance bhi bohot high hai aur services utni khaas nahi milti.
