Kids need space! Noida sectors anyone?

₹1.5 crore budget. Need at least a 3BHK. My wife's priority is safety for the children. Express Builders in Sector 132 looks decent. Has anyone invested there? Or should I consider ready-to-move instead of under construction to avoid possession issues? School admissions are also a big worry, tbh.
