Kids need space, upgrading from 2BHK now

Kids are growing up fast, so we need a 3BHK. Eyeing Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge near Gachibowli. My wife worries about project delays. Has Salarpuria Sattva communicated well during delays? Also, how's RWA formation there? Is it smooth or does the builder still control things?

Salarpuria Sattva? Hmm, Lake Ridge suna hai, location toh achhi hai Gachibowli ke paas. But project delays ki baat bilkul sahi hai. My cousin almost booked with them for a project in Bengaluru a few years back, aur unhone toh bahut dates miss ki thi. Communication during delays was also not great, from what I heard. Wife ki tension valid hai.
