Kids out, big house gone — my hunt for a flat

Since the kids moved out last year, I'm thinking about selling our big house. Express Apartment, Ghaziabad mein dekh raha hoon. Everyone talks about its grand amenities, but I honestly feel most are just for show. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf brochure mein accha lagta hai? Community feel kaisa hai? Friendly ya isolated? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly? Change my mind.
