Exactly my concern! Builder brochures are always misleading. For a project with 1999 possession, what kind of maintenance are we talking about? Is it like ₹5000-6000 or even higher monthly? Budget ka bhi dhyan rakh
Yaar, Express Apartment ka naam toh suna hai. Grand amenities? I think most of these old projects just had basic stuff, not like today's fancy clubhouses. 1999 ka possession hai, toh socho kitna purana hoga. Daily life mein toh puraane buildings mein plumbing, electrical ka issue aata rehta hai. Maintenance charges bhi phir high ho jaate hain. Community feel depends on the residents, but older societies sometimes have very established groups. Naye log adjust ho paate hain ya nahi, yeh dekhna padega.
