Kids out, looking for a smaller home in Sohna

Since the kids moved out, I'm eyeing Ramprastha Plot in Sohna. Don't need a huge place. What's daily life like there? Are the amenities useful, not just for show? How's the community vibe for empty nesters?

Ramprastha Plot in Sohna? For empty nesters, sounds peaceful, but that price range ₹1.7 Cr – ₹5.5 Cr for Sohna? Isn't that a bit steep, even for a completed project? I thought Sohna was supposed to be more affordable compared to main Gurgaon. What about connectivity to essential services like good hospitals or markets? My parents are also looking for something smaller but budget is a big factor.
