Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Chandigarh, mostly 3BHKs for the family. My wife's priority is a safe environment, especially for the kids' school admission next year. Ambika Florence Park looks good on paper, but I'm worried about the reality. Woh brochure mein jo fancy kids' play area dikhate hain, is it actually usable, ya bas ek tick-off checkbox? Is it properly maintained, ya phir just for show? And construction quality ka kya scene hai? After a year or two, do you see cracks, seepage issues, ya fitting problems? Especially in common areas like the play zones and pathways? Safety matters, yaar. Real residents, please share your honest experiences. Is it a genuine home for families, or just another project?

Totally agree, bhai! Brochure photos are always misleading. I've seen it happen in so many projects around New Chandigarh. They show a mini-Disneyland but deliver a small, sad patch of concrete.
Sahi kaha. My cousin booked in Mullanpur Garibdass, same story. Kids' area was just a patch of grass, no proper equipment. After a year, it was just mud and broken swings. They promised a multi-sport court too, which never materialized. It's frustrating how builders lure
